ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days for HBC Energy Services to process your order.

Expect an email once your items are in stock and ready to go.

If items aren’t in stock a wait period may apply. This can take up to 3-7 business days depending on the item and its availability.

Some items can be picked up directly from our office.
Depending on the item availability, it may require extra time to be picked up.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days if readily available using Australia Post for SMALL Parcels.

Standard Shipping Rates for Australia Post is UP TO 5kg $10.95 per item.
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

Items Over 5kg – 25kg Postage is $65.00 per item.

Items weighing <940kg – e.g. Peerless Air compressors.
Are to be sent via FREIGHT. A FORKLIFT MUST be onsite to ACCEPT DELIVERY.
You will receive an email once your order is on their way and a tracking number.

Upon signing of consignment receipt the Customer waives any right to claim for any alleged shortages in goods delivered.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All delivery times stated by HBC Energy Services are estimates only and shall not make HBC Energy Services liable for late delivery or non-delivery of the goods.

Part supplies, or delays in delivery of the goods, shall not relieve the Customer from its obligations to pay for, or to receive, the goods delivered.

HBC Energy Services shall be under no obligation for damages or loss of goods while in transit unless agreed to in writing by HBC Energy Services.

Freight arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Please do not hesitate to phone HBC Energy Services regarding its special freight rates.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
HBC Energy Services will organise delivery to the customer’s nominated address in accordance with these our terms and conditions. The customer can nominate its own method of collection at the full expense to the customer.
Risk is to pass to the customer from the time at which the products are either collected or dispatched from an HBC Energy Services Office.

All products dispatched from HBCES warehouses will incur subsequent freight charges unless otherwise agreed.

REFUNDS & RETURNS:
HBC Energy Services has no obligation to accept any products from the customer unless the customer first obtains prior written approval from HBC Energy Services.
​
The customer, when requesting HBC Energy Services approval, must include the original invoice or delivery docket with the return and specify which products are being returned and for what reason.
The customer must also provide photographic evidence of any damage.
​
We will inform you once we have received and reviewed your return and update you on whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and finalise the transaction.
​
No failure or delay by HBC Energy Services to exercise its rights under these terms and conditions, will not operate as a waiver. A waiver is not valid or binding unless made in writing.
​
Any part(s) of these terms and conditions that is invalid or not enforceable, will be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining parts of the terms and conditions will continue in force.
