1. What is the best part about our office culture?
I love how open and honest we all are and the fact we are just one big family. We all take the mickey out of one another and ourselves but we also love to celebrate our wins.
2. What motivates you the most at work?
Thomas and our team. We've strived to make our workplace enjoyable and not treat our staff like a number, we love collaborating with our staff to better our workplace and processes.
3. What has been your biggest professional accomplishment this year?
Stepping up to managing director and accounts and off the tools was a big adjustment I wasn't sure about but thanks to the support of my husband and team it's been an enjoyable accomplishment.
4. Where is your dream vacation?
Fiji
5. What is a hidden talent that you have or can do?
I have a really good intuition and ability to see through the crap.
